Leipzig zoo

What a lovely sunday...took Simon and Tanja with me and we all headed to Leipzig zoo, which is the very best zoo i have ever seen, it is amazing how it progressed. A must see for everyone who is around Leipzig..! Besides loads of different animals you can get to see beautifully build up theme worlds such as "Gondwana land" - a giant hall full of palms, a little river where you can take a boat trip, exotic flowers, monkeys, waterfalls and alot more, never gets boring at all. It took us 4 whole hours to see everything - and we didn't really have a break...but thanks to my lovely lovely grandma who lives nearby, we received a three-course-meal afterwards :)

Todays nails, tomorrows problems

Essence nail stickers are great yes but sticking to no more than 20 nail designs? Dear essence: that is not a good idea. So i had to become a little creative on my own. Takes ten times longer but well worth the effort. Prepare to be overspammed with more nail posts in the future. It's still my not-so-secret obsession!

Besides creating new nail styles my brain is already looking for its white flag. I am currently looking for a flat. Sounds easy ? Not here. I'm looking for one since about 2 months now and by now i know every Exposé on the internet. Dear Germany: you are too complicated. Besides, i forgot to socialize except on facebook. I want to write posts and realize there is nothing to post about at the moment. I should possibly go to the outernet now and do crazy insane things, to remember what fun means ;) can't be too difficult.

I do highly believe in god, i do highly believe in jesus and the saints - i do not believe in the institution church...
I got this tattoo because it means a whole lot to me. I believe in these words more than in anything else. So this time it was just a whole lot more painful than it was with my 3 other tattoos. The process was very painful and i could barely walk the next days, to my surprise i even had circulation problems. But now it is doing really well, healing well etc.. Andy did a great job again.

Prague..

Just yesterday I came back from a weekend stay in beautiful Prague, Czech Republic. It was the second time I've been there but still loads to discover as I have only been there for a day before. The actual reason for going there was meeting up with the co-founder of my aid organisation. Yes, my aid organisation. The biggest dream of my life, i always thought will take ages to fully come true but somebody opened my eyes and said "why not start now?" so..I did. United States Of Peace is an aid organisation that is devoting to diverse chosen projects, first ones will be published not too far from now. Have a look at our website www.unitedstatesofpeace.org ! Ireland again...

It's already been two weeks that I've been in Ireland for holidays...indeed the most meaningful holiday I have ever had. We spend the first week in Cork city, where i used to live and it was great to refresh all my memories, especially in my favourite pub - Sin E (see end of video)... 4 nights out were followed by 4 nights in as i caught a massive cold (oh how does that come.. :P ). We spend the second week in Monkstown, near Cork with Pat, a now very good friend of mine. We got to know each other on a common friends birthday party in 2008 and it was lovely of him to host us. Great Island car rentals provided us with an amazing Toyota rental car and we really discovered the county during that week, which i liked even better than being in Cork city. Luckily we had the best weather ever, we had 2 rainy days only but most of the time the sun was shining bright and it was quite warm ( 10-15 °C) ...what can i say...those were epic holidays with fun nights out, great conversations, really good music, beautiful sights, disasters and wonders. And i am more than happy to be back soon...

With bags packed and the best xmas ever behind me (now know what it is like to have an actual family) I'd like to wish you all a very merry xmas although it's almost over (but never too late) :)

I am off to Ireland starting tomorrow. It's been 3 whole years since I've last seen the place i call home and i cannot express in words how much i miss it. Probably I am luckiest person on earth right now. I will be back on January 12th - with a massive post about Ireland (or lots of different posts about Ireland)

PS: it really annoys me to see how people are moaning about not getting an i phone or a car or write posts like " i hate christmas " ... i cannot believe words like this are written by people who have a lovely family, girlfriend or boyfriend, great friends, a good job etc etc... some people have NO IDEA about what is important and that the best things in life are free but not to be taken for granted. On christmas my friend and me have been driving into the city bringing clothes,chocolate and other things to people in need. Where will this world go if everyone stops caring? People seriously need to wake up and stop being so selfish and arrogant and over all: ignorant. I love this world but it hurts me to see how s t u p i d people can actually be...take your time and think about it next time you see a homeless.
